• Single click on a label selects the element and de-selects any other elements which are currently selected. Any aligned elements are highlighted (but not selected.)
• Shift-click on a label adds the element to the current selection of elements.
• Control-click on a label toggles (adds/removes) the element from the current selection.
• Double click on a label retrieves the element's individual record.
• Single click on an interval bar selects all elements intervaled at this position.

Note: These are not guaranteed to work on all platforms.

• Arrow keys are shortcuts for the scrolling bars at the extreme right and bottom of the Chromoscape window. They scroll the display by approximately one-half page intervals vertically and slightly less than one page horizontally.
• The Page Down key is the same as the Down arrow key.
• The Page Up key is the same as the Up arrow key.
• The Home key scrolls the display so that the top left corner of the graphic is in view.
• The End key scrolls the display so that the bottom right corner of the graphic is in view.
